National Black Chamber of Commerce Convenes in Hollywood, FL "The Family Business" Encompasses the Unity of Entrepreneurs.

A panel discussion that aims at addressing corruption and gender inequality was held at the UNECA on Thursday January 29, 2015.

Jointly hosted by the UN Global Compact and the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry,

 Africa 2016 is held under the high patronage of H.E. Abdel Fatah el Sisi on 20-21 February 2016 in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, and is organized by the Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade, and Ministry of International Cooperation, in partnership with the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development and COMESA Regional Investment Agency, and under the umbrella of the African Union Commission.

The primary objective of the Forum is to accelerate private sector engagement and investment within Africa, to help develop new ties and partnerships, and to highlight the African opportunity.

The Office of the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General for the Great Lakes region (OSESG-GL) and the Executive Secretariat of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), with the support of Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are convening the Private Sector Investment Conference for the Great Lakes region of Africa scheduled to take place in Kinshasa, DRC, on 24-25 February 2016.
